Softphone works on any internet connection — WiFi, mobile data (4G/5G), or wired ethernet. A typical call uses approximately 50-100 KB per minute, so data usage is minimal. Most mobile plans handle softphone calls easily. For best results on mobile data, ensure you have a good signal (3+ bars).

Seamless device switching is built-in. If logged into multiple devices simultaneously, incoming calls ring on all devices — answer on any one. For active calls, use the 'transfer to mobile' or 'transfer to desktop' button to move the call between your devices without disconnecting the customer.
